The Mengaud domain is situated amidst 160 hectares of vineyard with views of the Montagne d’Alaric, the peaks of the Pyrenees and the Tuscan-inspired landscape of the valley. The domain belongs to the nature reserve Parc Régional du Languedoc which is situated at nine kilometers from the Canal du Midi. The restored farm dating from the eighteenth century consists of three living areas which are named after grape varieties of the region: Muscat, Grenache and Syrah. On the property is a permanent concierge who is amongst others responsible for the maintenance of the property and the reception of the guests.

There is a spacious terrace on the southwest side of the house, divided into three sections by a hedge so that each living area also features a private terrace. Each cottage separately includes the necessary furniture and barbecue. The swimming pool (9 x 4.5 m) with jetstream and a sun terrace with pool house (shower, toilet and storage room) is shared between the rented cottages.

The property is located just three kilometers from the village of Rieux where all necessary facilities are present.
