Gite Grenache

Inside

Gite Grenache has a surface of 120 m² and can lodge up to four guests. The house is equipped with WiFi and has an interior with fresh green accents.

The ground floor exists of a sitting area (with smart TV, Blu-ray and music player), a dining area, a storage space and an open and fully equipped Bulthaup designer kitchen. The kitchen provides a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, a coffee maker, a built-in combination oven and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.

The top floor consists of two spacious bedrooms with insect screens and air conditioning, a passageway, a bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

* The first bedroom has a single mattress queen size box spring (63 x 79 inch). The second bedroom has two single box spring beds of 35 x 79 inch, which we can change to a double mattress king size bed of 71 x 79 inch on request.

An infant bed and/or a baby high chair are available on demand. 

Outside

Outdoors is a terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, barbecue) and plenty of shade due to the presence of plane trees. The terrace has a breathtaking view of the vineyard, an extensive lawn and a forest hill.

On the southwest side of the building is the swimming pool (177 x 354 inch) with swim jet system and a sun terrace with sun beds/chairs and an outbuilding (fitting room with shower and sink as well as a separate toilet) for shared* use with gite Muscat.

The garage of the house includes a washing machine and a laundry dryer for shared use. On site two rotary washing dryers are available.

A spacious parking lot is provided on the side of the building. On the property is also a table tennis table.

* It is possible to make a reservation for the two gites together (subject to availability).
